How to change the scaling of a bar chart to manual

Hi,

I want to control the scale in Y axis manually and want to get increment of two for my bar chart. I tried using "Start","End" in Scale type but there is no option to change the increment:

as you see in the following snapshot the scale is in increment of 5:

I need to change that to be in increment of 2 (0, 2, 4, 6, 8,10)

any idea how to do that?

really appreciate your help

thanks
