How to change the format on the Y-axis (% and value) on a line graph at run time in power bi

I want  line chart in my Power BI report  to show percentage value/ numeric values based on user selection in slicer with value as "%" & "#". If user select % then graph should show trend line with % values with % format and if user select # then trend line should show numeric values. I dont want to use bookmark/button for this instead of slicer selection.

If you see below image, % value selection is showing correct value in trend line but I want it with % formatting. How to achieve this.
