How to categorize value columns to use in slicer

Hi everyone,

so i`m working on this dashboard where i want to visualize the the different intervalls how old receivables are on a geo map and use a slicer to give the user the opportunity to click through the different categories.

For that purpose i want to use the columns i have in my table (1 to 30 days, 31 - 60 days, 61 - 90, etc.) where the monetary amount of the receivable is stored. I want now the column names (1 to 30 days, etc.) as a category to build it into a slicer with a different color based on what category is selected (from good to bad or red to green)

I really don`t have a clue how to categorize columns. I tried several things but none of them worked.

You help is appreciated!

How can

You can't using column names in slicers, you could try unpivoting your age columns (1 to 30 days, 31 - 60 days, 61 - 90, etc.) into a two columns (an age and a value), then you could use this in slicers or as a category in other visuals.
