How to calculate with measure or calculated column - amount falls into a specific time frame

Hi,

I need help in below calculation:

I have around 500 vendor invoices with different amounts, and with different time frames. I should calculate somehow the amount falls from the total invoiced amount into for example quarter 1 in 2020 (01/01/2020 - 31/03/2020). Thanks for any help! Time Intelligence Date Question Date Comparisons 

Vendor	Allocation USD	Start Date	End Date	Quarter 1 2020
