How to calculate ratio of unique values in a single column after adding certain values together

Hello,

I have a table called [Dpt Per] and there are 4 values in this table: (Blank), , dpt_false and dpt_true.

I am trying to add the counts of dpt_false and dpt_true and divide that total of all values in this table and break it down by month.

Can someone guide me with this?

You may add the following measure.

Measure =
DIVIDE (
    COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( Table1, Table1[Column1] IN { "dpt_false", "dpt_true" } ) ),
    COUNTROWS ( Table1 )
)
