Hi, @kannanAhammed ;

Please try it.

percent =
VAR _offers =
    CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( 'Table' ), ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[offers] ) )
RETURN
    DIVIDE ( [Accepeted], _offers + [Accepeted] + [Rejected] + [Other] )

If not, can you share more details and your  detailed logic and desired output ?

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text or screenshots.
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

@kannanAhammed , Not very clear, but a measure like

Divide(count(Table[offers]), count(Table[offers]) +[Accepeted]+[Rejected]+[Other])

Assuming last three are measures

or

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format?
