Thanks for your sample data first!
According to your description, you want to avoid repeating column value and show only one single value of it.
Here are the steps you can refer to :
(1)This is my test data:
(2)We can close the "text wrap" for the table visual:
Then we can drag our mouse to display the column we do not want to show:
(3)If we want to show what you have selected you can create a measure and put it on the card visual:
Measure =
var _selected = VALUES('Table'[Service])
return
"Service" & ":"&CONCATENATEX(_selected,[Service],",")
The result is as follows:
