How to apply dynamic multiplier of a column that can be adjusted on the report level

In my dataset, I have a column that needs to be multiplied by either 0, 0.5, or 1. I would like the user to be able to select this multiplier on the report level page and it will display the column values multiplied by the selection. What is the best way to do this?
