How to apply conditional formatting only for specific Category from the same row in Matrix visual?

I am using Matrix visual.

Please check following image which represent my data.

I have applied conditional formatting on the Values as shown in above screen. But it is applied to entire row. Is there any option to ommit the conditional formatting for the same row where Pre/Post Flag=1.

The above image shows level of drilled down. Following show without drilled down. I need same functionality there as well.

Any solution for the same highly appriciated.

    You may create a measure to get the matrix as requested. For example:

    If the Pre/Post=2 and the average value >10, color is red;If the Pre/Post=2 and the average value <=10, color is green.

    Rule =
    IF (
        SELECTEDVALUE ( Table1[Pre/Post] ) = 2
            && [AverageOfSales] > 10,
        1,
        IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( Table1[Pre/Post] ) = 2 && [AverageOfSales] <= 10, 2 )
    )

    Then you may add condition formatting as below:
