How to apply 'OR' filter between two columns in powerbi desktop

Hi, I have a direct query report that need to use 'OR' filter between two column values.

In import mode we could make a custom column for the same, but in direct query it is not possible. 

In filter pane above, the condition between two columns is 'AND' condition. I need to apply 'OR' filter between those columns in powerbi desktop.
Is there any possibility?

Any suggestion is appreciated.

calculate([Measure], filter(Table, Table[Column1]=1 || Table[Column2] =2))
