Case:
I need to append these two file i.e., 2016 and 2017 file into single file.
In future if 2018 file is coming in, I need to load only 2018 file into power bi,, Like wise 2019 , etc (Loading recent year into power bi)
Problem :
It is a txt file.
The file is not having the header part, I need to include Header and append.
Kindly help me.

Based on your description, you can try the following steps:
1.Put all your txt files in the same folder and then get data from folder
2.Choose the target folder and combine and transform them
3.Choose the delimiter as space and click ok
4.In the power query, you can do data cleaning, such as merge column 2,3,4,5 and change type as Date/Time and you can also rename the column as you want
5.If you have other new file, put in the same folder and refresh preview or you can process desktop refresh
