How to allow the End User to filter via sort, and aggregatation using variables

How can I add a feature on my Power BI Reports and Tables that allows the End User(Report Viewer) to be able to look at a report that I have shared an be able to:

-sort data

-aggregate data (sum, avg, distinct, etc for selection)

I know I can utilize the "slicer" to be able to filter, but I am trying to figure out how I can sort or aggregate with this. I have had trouble how to implement this on Power BI Desktop

Thanks.

I know for visuals like Table, Matrix, you can sort. For other visuals I'm not seeing the necessity to sort.

As to aggregate, you can aggreage data in advance.

Could you please share any details of your scenario?
