Hi everyone I have a quick question.
I have this graph
I have a measure called amount which sum up a column and I place this in the y axis. and I have a column caleld department which I place in my legend. My question is I want one more line here at the very top which sum up all the my previous for example I have 62+30+15+6=113 on my left most point in the graph. So I want a line which in November begins at 113 and is based on the sum of the previous 4 lines. Not sure how to do this.
I just want to see basically everything added from all my filters as a seperate line in the graph . Not sure if that makes sense.
Showing the same data twice will create a bad user experience. Rethink your requirement. Try a stacked line chart.
That's a design red flag. What is your expected benefit from this data duplication?
