How to add description tooltip to a header row value

I'm using a matrix chart and the first row values (DEPTID) are all 3 character acronyms, I want to add the description into the tooltip, 

I have created a custom tooltip and I can get this to appear when you hover over the values, but I only want the description to appear when you hover over the DeptID.

I'm hoping to create another tooltip that will appear when you hover over the values

Hi @IGunn ,

There is an option to add a tooltip icon (more of a help icon). Other than that, tooltips are not supported on row and column headers. You can submit this idea at https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/
