How to add a value from last answer if expected cell is blank

 in this problem I need a needed column if seq no is 0 then add a previous value of needed with the value of quantity.. I hope you  can understand my problem... If you can't please see the picture there is Excel formula to got understand the problem... Please help me to find out the solution...

@ILANGO_10 , you will get 57, but has DAX do not work recursively you will not get 62.

 

You can try in power query

  • Thank you for your response sir... But this was a sample one sir .. and i don't need only that value sir.. i need whole column..

According to your description, you want to "add a value from last answer if expected cell is blank".

Here are the steps you can refer to :
(1)My test data is the same as yours.

(2)You can click "New Column" and eneter this:

Column = var _last_no_0 = FILTER('Table','Table'[seq no]<>0 && 'Table'[serial no]<EARLIER('Table'[serial no])) 
var _add = FILTER('Table','Table'[seq no]=0 && 'Table'[serial no]<=EARLIER('Table'[serial no]) && 'Table'[serial no]>MAXX(_last_no_0,[serial no]))
return
IF([seq no]=0 ,MAXX(_last_no_0,[seq no])+ SUMX(_add,[quantity]), [seq no])

(3)Then we can meet your need , the result is as follows:
