How to add a column for Overdue/Due and Completed since last supervisor visit in a Calculated Column

Hi, I have a table with the audit date and last supervisor visit date. I need to show in a calculated column, stores that have/have not had a supervisor visit within the timeframe of 'Next Visit Due'  (next visit due is based on the last supervisor date plus the variable visit frequency per store)

The categories in the column I require 'RAG Rating' are as follows.

•  Red - Overdue
• Amber  -Due
• Green - Completed
