How to achive this kind of visualization ?

Hi I'm actually looking for this kind of vizualization and i'm having the data in simple table, 

i"m trying to do this in bars but its getting stacked up, I need to give bar color based on variation and i need to plot the values in that bar.

need quick help.

Y axis by type

X axis just variance range

Bar show 3 differnt clients with values

I don't find such a visual in appsource.  You could use bar chart to replace it or develop a new visual. Here is the link for more details:
