How to Use Row Level Security

Hi all,

First off I am new to Power BI, I am trying to understand Row Level Security in the Manage roles function. I have been googling and reading different articles but I am still not clear.

My company is divided into 3 areas, and each area has 1 manager, I only want each manager to be able to see the data that corresponds with their areas. What is the easiest and most efficient way to do this? If you can give step-by-step instrucitons that would be appreciated.
