Why i am unable to sort in order of number 1 to 14, kindly help me on this. thanks

One of ways to solve this is to create names like below.
Category SEQ01 SEQ02 SEQ03 SEQ04 SEQ05 SEQ06 SEQ07 SEQ08 SEQ09 SEQ10 SEQ11 SEQ12 SEQ13 SEQ14

Helper Ii did but my power query sorts correctly but in visual it is different and when i try to sort by creating index i get this error any ideas

that's because for the same task name, you have more than one myorder value. you have to make sure the relationship between these two columns is one to one.
