Im managing a helpdesk queue and I'm tasked to run a report that would show unresolved tickets more than 90 days aka Zombies.
I already have a Zombies column with Yes and No values which was taken from Requet status = "pending" && Ticket age >=90 days today ()
Problem is, when I create a bar chart and apply a monthly date slicer (ex. July), the zombies equate to zero. What I'd like to see is to roll zombies from previous month to date should show up. I think Im doing it wrong..
Can you post some sample tables and your desired calculations based on the data?

So, I created 2 calculated columns 90 Days and Zombies to count for zombies.
90 Days = if(dateadd('ManageEngine Report Framework'[Created Date].[Date],90,DAY)>= TODAY(), "1","0")
Zombies = if('ManageEngine Report Framework'[PendingStatus]= "Pending" && 'ManageEngine Report Framework'[90 Days]="0","Yes","No")
When I filter to all dates (Jan-July), I have 35 zombies
But when I adjust the slides to lets sa June 30-Juy31, the zombies were not counted anymore. I assume this is because those zombies were created and opened on previous months, i.e. Feb, Mar.
Hi @zpaul_010,
You are right. There is no zombies in the period 2017-06-30 to 2017-07-31 of "Create Date". Any other questions about this thread please post here. Maybe you can mark your answer as solution.
Best Regards!
Dale
