You cannot update values directly on PBI. The values need to be updated on the data source, what you can do is to create a power app that is connected to the data source.

Hi Team,
You might have come across this situation where we would need to depict waterfall graph with Current Year and Prior Year bars on either sides of the graphs.
CY and PY should be of dark blue colour.
All the ups and downs inbetween should be red and green.
Please help me to solve this.
