Its probably due to the default settings as dd/mm/yyyy format , try changing it to mm/dd/yyy

your example is not completely clear to me.
in row 102 the date is 22 of february 2013?
in row 103 the date is 2 of november 2013?
If it is so you can change type using local and you get no error
from this
