Hi @Seethalakshmi_G ,
To extract data from ServiceNow to Power BI Desktop, you can use the ServiceNow connector in Power BI. You can connect to ServiceNow by providing the URL of your ServiceNow instance, and then entering your ServiceNow credentials. Once you have connected to ServiceNow, you can select the tables you want to import into Power BI.
To ensure that the data is in real-time, you can use the DirectQuery mode of connectivity. This mode allows you to connect to your data source in real-time, so that any changes made to the data source are immediately reflected in your Power BI reports and dashboards.
If end users do not use Power BI, you can embed the dashboard into a public web page using the Power BI Embedded service. This service allows you to embed Power BI reports and dashboards into your own applications or websites. You can also share the dashboard with other users by publishing it to the Power BI service, and then sharing the link to the dashboard.

Do I require a pro or premium licence to set up a workspace in order to share the public web link, or may I publish the report directly into my workspace,If i published into my workspace Whether end users still view the report after I left the company
Do I need to install the service now connector separately?
Hi @Seethalakshmi_G ,
To set up a workspace and share a public web link in Power BI, you will need a Power BI Pro or Premium license. If you publish the report directly into your workspace, end users will still be able to view the report after you leave the company, as long as they have the necessary permissions to access the workspace.
If you want to connect to ServiceNow data sources and use them in your Power BI reports, then you will need to install the ServiceNow connector separately.
