How to Distribute manager total hour of each project.

1. I want to distribute manager total hour in a DateRange of a project  in power bi using Dax.

Here are different projects   ,  Each project manager total hours value should be distributed in their DateRang on the based of DailyLimit.  

Sequence of Distribution is in a below Excel Sheet . THERE ARE THREE PROJECT EACH PROJECT MANAGER TOTAL HOURS VALUE IS DISTRIBUTED MANUALLY,   I WANT IT TO AUTOMAT IT USING DAX

This sort of allocation should be done in Power Query. Are you fine with a Power Query solution?
