How to Create Single Date Filter using 3 different dates

Hi There,

 

Hope you are doing well,

 

I am trying to filter my data using single financial date/year/month however my data have three different dates.

Can anyone help how to do this?

E.g i have data table (mapping) in which i have date of joinig, date of PN creation and date of Taleo creation and now on my report view i have only one single calendar(From FInancial Cal Table) available where i will click on Jan,2021 (so all three dates will come according to Jan,2021)

 

I hope i am able to explain my query. Request your support on this.

    The most important parts are:
    1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
    2. Expected output from sample data
    3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

      As of now we have a single calendar which is working on Date of joining(only taking month), so when i click  put that into graph this is giving me Last Financial year data also as their PN Creation or Taleo Creation Month is before July, ideally it should not be dependent on pn creation or taleo creation date.
      Please see below image where in first graph value should appear only upto November however it's showing data until may,june,july similarly when we go to second graph it's showing me data untill June (which is yet to come) however it should show us data untill Nov month only.

       

      I hope i tried to explain what i am looking for.
