How to Create Measure Based on Slicer Value?

Hello All,

I am quite new to Power BI. I want to create a measure that calculates month average of total amount. But it should display according to year selected from Slicer.

Summarizing the above statement:

If Year selected from Slicer = 2023, then condition A,

If not Condition B in measure.
