How to Create Card Visual to Show Percentage of Total to show Coverage

I want to have a card that takes the quotient between two totals and show that as a percentage.

alanphamvistra4_0-1676300060998.png

The card visual will show the result of 110/5017 as a percentage and I want to be able to retitle/relabel the card visual as "Coverage Percentage".

CALCULATE(Sum(Column1), All(Table[ColumnName]))

var Total2=

CALCULATE(Sum(Column2), All(Table[ColumnName]))
