I have an Excel file that I loaded into PowerBI but I need to break the link so that the file is never included in the refresh schedule and always stays static.

Why not just paste the data directly by using Enter data.

Untick the include in report refresh, It won't be included in report refresh.

@NaveenGandhi The file is way too big (3,000 Cell Limit) and would take 10+ Append Queries and so I was hoping there was an easier way.
