How to Authenticate a REST API in Power BI?

Hi,

I'm trying to Authenticate an API on Power BI.  The URL is the following. I replace {tenant} with my company name.

https://{tenant}api.xupervisor.com:444/api/v2/user/session

When I enter the details I get the following error. 

Can someone please show me how to do this?

In the API guide you linked to, under 2. Requirements it states "Before being able to access the API, you will need to request access from Xensam by contacting support@xensam.net."

Have you done this?

It looks like they whitelist your public IP address to give you access to the API and they also provide you with credentials and API keys to get data from the API:

"After we have whitelisted your public IP addresses, you will be provided with credentials and API keys to use to access the API."
