Hello,
I am quite new to PowerBI and have spent quite a bit of time training and reading through forums for assistance with specific issues I have been having.
One thing I have been having problems with recently is adding shapes (up and down arrows) to empty cells within my matrix to reflect performance regarding measures within the rows. I recognize that I can select shapes and move them around freely, but this will not work considering I have rows set to a drop-down manner.
How can I go about handling this?

I don't know what data you have and I'm not quite sure how you want to apply the icons, but you can set Conditional Formatting using Icons
