How i return the name to the referred Date instead of the Date only?

Heres the context:
Ive a table with Dates and names and Ids to the referred names, Showed as Follow:(Made the table in Excel to save some time)

I need it to return the name(or names if there are more than one in the same date) associated with the date as showed in the table above. The measure below only shows me the closest upcoming date compared to today(which is 02/02/2023).

CALCULATE (

        MIN ( Table[Date] ),

        FILTER( Table, Table[Name] = ( Table[Name]] ) && Table[Date]>=TODAY() )

    )
Summarizing: i need to retrieve a List of names based on the closest upcoming date.

Create a new measure

Measure = var _mindate=MINX(FILTER(ALL('Table'),[Date]>=TODAY()),[Date])
return CONCATENATEX(FILTER(ALL('Table'),[Date]=_mindate),[Name],",")
