How do you create a dashboard that is similar to Outlook weekly calendar view?

I am fairly new to Power BI and i was wondering if there was any way I can create a weekly calendar view that shows:

I need the following visualizations:

1. Monday - Friday

2. 9am - 5pm (15 min intervals)

3. Data to be inserted for specific time/date

I tried all the available custom visuals and they do not have what i need and seems like i can't customize their visuals so i am assuming i have to make this from scratch but do not know how to go about it...

Any tips would be helpful! Thank you in advance!
