Hi,
I basically have these two tables. I want to use a slicer to select costcenter (from) to costcenter (TO), the result I want to show in a table is name, costsenter (from) and costcenter (to). So if I search for costcenter 15- costcenter 19 in the slicer, I want charles and lisa to come up as a result in the table. Right now the table only displays the names and range if I put in the exact values in the slicer.
I have done a calculated table to generate values in the full range ('Costcenter range'[value]). For the filter slicer I have done IF syntax. If i select the value 15-19 I get no result in the table - how do I solve this?

Hi , @SLJN
Here are the steps you can refer to :
(1)My test data is the same as yours .
(2)We can create a measure :
Filter Costcenter = var _min_slice = MIN( 'Costcenter range'[Costcenter range])
var _max_slice = MAX( 'Costcenter range'[Costcenter range] )
var _from =SELECTEDVALUE( 'Responsibilities'[Costcenter(FROM)])
var _to = SELECTEDVALUE('Responsibilities'[Costcenter(TO)])
return
IF(_from <= _min_slice && _to >= _max_slice ,1,0)
(3)Then we put the measure in the "Filter on this measure" and configure it then we can meet your need:
If this method does not meet your needs, you can provide us with your special sample data and the desired output sample data in the form of tables, so that we can better help you solve the problem.
