Under single role, you can apply filter conditions for multiple tables, one by one.
Example click Employee table and apply the filter condition. [Dept]="Sales"
Then click Location table and apply the next filter condition. [City]="Paris"

If you need OR, create two roles. If you need end add the rules in same role
