How do I pull a Power BI report of data from a Microsoft List that includes data from multiple indiv

Hello! I am working on building out a capacity tracker for my team at work and am running into an issue. When I press Integrate > Power BI > Visualize List, it is only able to display data from me (the owner of the List). How am I able to pull data from all of my team members into the Power BI Report?

Hello @isabellem

The issue is likely due to permission restrictions in SharePoint Lists. To pull data from all team members:

Check Permissions Ensure all users have at least "Read" access to the list.

Use Power BI Desktop –Instead of "Visualize List," connect to the SharePoint List using Get Data > SharePoint Online List and build the report.

Adjust Filters Ensure no personal filters are limiting data to only your records.

Thanks,
Pankaj
