How do I make a Multi-column matrix

Hello everyone,

I have previously asked a question about customizing a matrix to be used in a Power BI report, where I recieved some really useful answers. I have now run into a new matrix problem, that I hope someone can help me figure out.

The following table is an example of what I am looking for and additonal/other columns could be added.

When I try to add the "location informations" it looks fine, but as soon as I also add the values of the months to be calculated, the matrix will change.

Thank you for taking your time reading through my post 🙂

Hi @AndreasRom ,

Based on your description, I have created a simple sample:

Please try:

vjianbolimsft_4-1674629654233.png

Turn on Row Subtotals, then turn off Show Subtotal for all the rows except Location Number

Final output:

Best Regards,

@AndreasRom , what is the problem is not clear. If the month is joined with a table or part of the table and used in the column as a field it should work

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.

Appreciate your Kudos.
