I have a dataset with: Name, Date, Production and Commission.
I have a Dashbaord which contains 2 table visuals that pull from the one dataset. I want to be able to get the sum of the Production and Commission columns respectively.
The first table visual has a slicer to get the records between a period and the second table is also attached to this slicer and also has an additional slicer, a checkbox to select certain names.
I tried duplicating and ranaming the columns and having the second table use the these columns named "P" and "C" so that i could write measures to get the different sums. For example:
SUM 1 =SUM('Table[Production])
SUM 2 = SUM('Table'[P])
This does not work as in both measures it pulls the sum from the second table even though both tables have a different number of records. Can anyone asssit ? Can getting the sums from the 2 table visuals via a measure possible ?
