How do I filter out dates from date slicer (between view) that do not exist in table?

Is it possible to show only dates that exist in the underlying table using the slicer's between view? The slider is more efficient in selecting dates so I want to keep that functionality. It would be great to also restrict users to only be able to select dates that exist in the data. Screenshots below to illustrate the problem I am trying to solve.

I have tried to filter out dates from showing in the slicer below that do not exist in the underlying table.

As you can see below in list view, 31/07/2022 does not exist but the slicer view above still allows users to select.

HI @bokchizzel ,

it is not possible to have the requested behavior with the "slider" display because the one shown is a calendar, not the dates of your field.

Did I answer your question? Mark my post as a solution! Appreciate your Kudos !!

@menglaro78 both visuals are pointing to "performance_date" which is the same field in a table which does not have all dates in the calendar year. The table only has dates for when data is loaded eg. business days

It's clear to me, but the slicer-like view shows calendar dates regardless of the date size you're using.

@menglaro78 yes, I don't mind the calendar showing the dates. However, it would be great if users could only select dates that exist whether that be by using the slider or the calendar.
