How do I create a scatter plot showing average time of arrival? for 2 companies

I have the avg time for both companies. I would like to display their times in a scatter plot. However, its asking for a 2nd value. Is it possible to just create a scatter plot using Average time and vendor as a legend for the 2 different companies.
