How do I clear all filters using a button?

I have a page with slicers, charts and matrix which can be used to filter. How do I create a button to clear all filters from the slicers, charts and matrix visuals? I tried inserting the button to clear all slicers but that only works on slicers.

I am not familiar enough on how to create a bookmark, can you please give me basic instructions?

One last question - perhaps this should be in a new thread - When using a matrix visual, the user selects an item and then drills thru to another page, when going back to the original page, is it possible to return the user to the same item on the matrix visual using bookmarks?
