I have a Table with Rankings showing Top 10. I also have a Slicer.
I want to click on one of the records in that table and then have a Slicer automatically populate with that item I clicked on in the Table.

By my tests, I'm afraid that we cannot achieve your requiremen in Power BI currently.
You could submit your idea in Power BI ideas Forum add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
