How create this simple chart

I hace created this chart in Excel and tryion to create the same chart in PowerBI but I can't get to do the gray indicators fro each bar. If I use Line and Stacked Column Chart I can get the gray lines but there is not option for the constant line. I wanted to knwo if anyone know how to do this on PowerBI.
