How come sometimes when I click on my bar chart, I'm brought to a separate page??

Hello,

I would like to turn off this function but can't figure out how. Sometimes it works and I filter down my current report on that same page, but sometimes when I click on my bar chart I'm brought to a new page and I don't like that. Thank you!

@CharlotteB , That can only happen in the case of URL or right-click drill through report
