How can I see which reports are not being used in the Power BI service?

Hello,

Is there a way to get a list of all the reports of all the workspaces published in the Power BI Service and see which ones are not used.
Additionally, see which users enter the service and which do not.

Thanks!

Regards!

Hi @Anonymous ,

1. You could use below script in PowerShell to return a list of Power BI reports.

Get-PowerBIReport

Some other workarounds provided in this thread:

2. And to my knowledge, currently it's not available to get list of unused reports. We just use Usage metrics to discover how those dashboards and reports are being used throughout your organization, who's using them, and for what purpose.
