How can I recreate this rating scale visual?

Does anyone know how I can recreate this rating scale visual? I tried using some bullet visuals from the marketplace but I can't shape them to look like this. (I'm fairly new to powerBI so I'm sorry if this is a stupid question).

there are no stupid questions. You will need to import a visual from the marketplace.
