How can I make more wide of Text Input area of Ideas ?

Text Input area in Ideas page is so narrow than the area boarder .
How can I make more wide of the Text Input area ?

My Environment:

PC = Surface Pro 4.

OS = Windows 10 Pro x64.

Browser = Microsoft Edge.

The page will expand after you enter the title of you idea. Then you can input detail in "Describe your idea.....".
