How can I duplicate the rows if a column contains more then 3 values?

I know that this is more of an excel question but I need to pull this data in powerbi to use with some of the values that I have, do anyone have any idea how can duplicate all the rows for a column that contains more then 3 or 4 values, column that contains more then 3-4 values is customer group.

I am attaching a seprate spreedsheet here, any guidance or help will greatly help.
