How can I create a graph with burn hours, estimated hours, and over hours?

Hi everyone, 

 

I am trying to create a graph with all the hours our department already used, the estimated hours we had in mind, and the over hours. However, this is summing all the hours instead of showing the "progress". I want to create a graph to see how many hours were already used (either less or more than estimated). Can you help me with this, please?

If I get it right, the goal is to follow up on estimates.
The graph in the picture is less effective at first.
Consider using the table  graph as in the picture:
Using this method, the differences can be compared in the most accurate way

This method requires you to calculate the following measures:

TotalBurned = sum('Table'[Burned])
TotalEstimated = sum('Table'[Estimated])
TotalGap = [TotalEstimated]-[TotalBurned]
 
If there is still a desire for a stacked graph.
Only applicable in cases where there are no exceptions.
Since it is not possible to influence thegaps between the points, it is more difficult to read.
You can Create Some Thing like This:

In order to visualize progress, you should include the following measures in the graph:
estimated
and
Gap
(Based on the calculation I provided earlier)
