How can I connect a graph to a table using a filter?

I have a graph and a table and I want to add a filter to the graph. I want the relevant changes to occur on the table. Both table and graph are connected to the same database.

For user select filter, just add slicer with the filter field and it should work. Else apply Page level filter.
