You can try to create a measure,
New a measure:
Sort Measure =
VAR _a =
FIND ( " ", MAX ( 'Table'[BOOTCAMP] ) )
VAR _date =
RIGHT ( MAX ( 'Table'[BOOTCAMP] ), LEN ( MAX ( 'Table'[BOOTCAMP] ) ) - _a )
RETURN
CONVERT ( _date, DATETIME )
And apply it as Tooltip ,then sort the visual by it, like this:
